45 Meter Truck Mounted Platform
The GK45 Aerial Work Platform is engineered for demanding high-altitude tasks, boasting an operational height of 45 meters and a working radius of 20 meters. It is ideally suited for urban infrastructure maintenance, heavy equipment installations, and power line inspections.
Built on a robust Jianghuai Junling chassis, the platform is powered by a HFC4DE2-2E Cummins 160 hp engine paired with a Jianghuai LC6T450 transmission, ensuring a smooth and efficient power delivery. It rides on 245/70R19.5 16PR steel radial tires and utilizes air brakes for reliable stopping performance. The cab features amenities such as air conditioning, power windows, central locking, and an MP3 player, ensuring operator comfort during extended work periods.
Introduction:
The system is equipped with a 9-section telescopic boom that offers 8 synchronized extending sections and full 360° rotation, greatly enhancing its reach and maneuverability. The work deck measures 3200 mm × 1000 mm × 1100 mm and supports a load of up to 300 kg, with unlimited 360° rotation to provide maximum operational flexibility.
For stability, the GK45 features X-type hydraulic outriggers with four independently adjustable three-section legs. These outriggers extend to a horizontal span of 7.7 meters and a vertical span of 7.3 meters, ensuring a secure stance even on uneven terrain. An advanced electro-hydraulic proportional valve system enables stepless speed control, while an emergency power supply guarantees uninterrupted operation in critical situations.
